Are your thoughts and beliefs aligned with how you want to live? Do you
feel ready for some sort of change? A desire to feel more fulfilled, more
spiritually connected and awakened within are now major motivating forces
in countless people.
A desire for better life circumstances can generate the necessary energy
to make wanted changes. It is an opportunity to examine belief systems
that may be outdated and no longer useful to your lifestyle today. We
are habitual people and can hold on to old patterns. Research tells us
that thoughts are energetic. Patterns of thought create belief systems,
images within and influence chemistry within the body.
Awesome resources reside within to shift life patterns that create negativity
and stress to patterns that can positively impact life. Consider building
a positive foundation that can last a lifetime. You can achieve your personal
best through experiencing these inner resources that are utilized within
my practice:
Focused Relaxation:
A brief form of meditation that incorporates breathing and focuses on
a repetitive word or phrase. This activates th Relaxation Response, a
chemical response with the mind/body system that creates relief from stress.
Can be used throughout the day.
Guided Imagery:
Guided Imagery is a tool that eases stress and forms a balance within
the mind-body-spirit. One develops an inner communication system involving
sensory memory (visual, touch, smell, sight, sound). Imagery is a great
tool for peak performance and activation of the Laws of Attraction.
It also has an affect on blood pressure, anxiety, pain, immune functions
(cancer survivors), cardiovascular and other surgical procedures. A personal
CD for daily use is recorded during a private session.
Hypnotherapy:
Hypnosis gives a person more control in life .It was approved by the AMA
in 1958 as a valuable healing tool and has helped thousands of people
heal. Hypnosis is a state of “trance” naturally experienced
daily. For instance, do you ever drive home from work with no real conscious
effort? Your subconscious mind already knows the familiar path. Hypnotherapy
is a communication system between the conscious and subconscious mind.
Consciously, one may want to change a pattern of behavior but if there
is conflict or fear about the change, long-term success is less likely.
Wanted, positive suggestions (affirmations) are implemented. A relaxed
state is not always necessary, especially in situations of pain. It is
a great tool to increase one’s self-esteem, establish sleep patterns,
cope with medical procedures and conditions (such as irritable bowel)
and much more. Regressions can access life purpose. A personal CD is recorded
during a private session.
